The experience was really good however after my visit I called back because my tire light came on. I called to ask the question: " if my tires are being rotated why wasn't the tire pressure checked"? Also, the value has an issue. The air seeps out when I was putting air in the tire. I called and did not get a return call as I was told would happen. I will have to return for more service which I am not happy about.

We had front and rear brake rotors turned. This costs us $400. Since then we have received emails with coupons for up to 15% off those services. It would have been nice to have saved over $40 on those services when we had them done. Maybe next time I will wait until I get the coupons before I get the service done. The service took just over 2 hours which was ok. A number of settings were changed. Don't know why that was done.

It was a good experience a long wait but I did not make an appointment. I still got though so over all it was good Abraham was a really nice guy and he makes sure I was taken care of I really appreciate that.
