Great service and my advisor Ms. Harvey was Awesome!!!!!

I wasn't sure if the service center would be able to fit me in on such short notice to replace the battery in my truck. I spoke with Rachel and she was amazing! She assured me that the could address all of my concerns that day. My truck was tested for any other issues that might be present and, luckily for me, it was just the Battery. Rachel kept me informed the entire time and knowing a thorough test was done put my mind at ease. Because of such amazing customer service I will be returning to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest for future car servicing needs.

To be honest I paid $198 to be told you could not help me and I needed to go to a body shop. I’ve owned 6 Toyotas in my life and was a bit annoyed.The staff was very friendly
