Everything was good the length of time could be better 4 hours is a very long time for service. The was one incident that I had a problem with l was assigned to Joey who apparently no longer works there. When asking for him the young lady was rude her response was I am not Joey in rude tone I knew she was not Joey simply asking which station he was in not very good customer service at all she was locate in the first station with. Braids. I only going with the name that was texted to me. Everyone else had good customer service.

Service techs, exceptional customer service, from the tech who receives my car in the service lot, to the tech who checks me in, to the tech who actually serviced my vehicle.
