An oil change ended up taking over 4 hrs to complete. When I finally received a text saying my vehicle was ready I went to the service agent that was supposed to check me out. When I got to her office there were 2 other people waiting there and no one in the office. After waiting another 20 minutes I asked for a manager. I was then told that she had left for the day and didn't tell anyone. We were assigned another agent and finally got checked out. Very frustrating. I have always had good service in the past but now am not sure if I'll ever return.

Great experience

Pulled in for my first 5000 mile maintenance inspection and set in the bay for 30 minutes before my vehicle was checked in.Keep in mind, there was only one car in there when I pulled in, and I had an appointment.After I finally got checked in, I waited another hour and a half before I finally got up and asked how much longer would it be, when the rep said I have your key right here.

My advisor was awesome in assisting me with everything about my car service during my visit. She has great customer care experience.
