Went for an oil change. Now my rod to keep my hood open is missing

I'm please with the work that was done to my vehicle. Even though there is mark or scapes left in the area where the work was done. I would also like to ask how are you going to resolve these mark on the side of my vehicle. When it was brought in it didn't have any damage to it other than it would not start.
