I received excellent service during my latest service visits to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest. In addition to the routine maintenance including changing the oil, I knew that my tires needed inspecting. Rachel Smith, my service advisor, provided me with the service team’s recommendation for new tires. However, the replacement tire that I asked for was not in stock. Rachel informed me of alternative tires that were in stock. After I made the decision to stay with my choice, Rachel immediately provided the cost of the tires and ordered the tires I requested. She put my car on the schedule for next day installation, and she met me in the service department early the next morning when I returned for the tires. As always, her professional manor in working with clients was apparent. However, it is especially pleasant to work with Rachel because handles these service transactions with kindness and with big smiles after customer satisfaction is verified. Rachel is just the type of person to work with during a routine and especially during an emergency car service visit. Rachel is an excellent Service Advisor.

Mr. Audrey Spence was very nice & attentive. I had a problem pertaining to my account in my information was crossed reference with my husband. He corrected it & said the problem should not occur again. He was a person that you need to keep on staff. I also drive 20 minutes just for the great service @ your location. Thank You Rhudine Rush-Steele
