Everything was good the length of time could be better 4 hours is a very long time for service. The was one incident that I had a problem with l was assigned to Joey who apparently no longer works there. When asking for him the young lady was rude her response was I am not Joey in rude tone I knew she was not Joey simply asking which station he was in not very good customer service at all she was locate in the first station with. Braids. I only going with the name that was texted to me. Everyone else had good customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. Chelsea, the customer service representative, was extremely unprofessional and rude. In the middle of assisting me, she abruptly stopped and took a phone call. I couldn’t determine whether it was work-related or personal, but regardless, I expected to be treated with more respect as a paying customer.To make matters worse, when I needed help locating my vehicle, one of the managers told me that my battery was dead. That was simply not true—my battery and alarm were functioning perfectly. It seemed she couldn’t locate my car and rather than being honest, her demeanor came across as dismissive and passive.I’ve purchased my vehicle at this location and have been coming here for service for the past three years. I always ask for Rachel or Shawn because they are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the customer experience. I trust them, and they always take the time to educate me about my vehicle. I hope future visits reflect the high standards they uphold.
