I brought my vehicle in for a specific service. Rather than performing the requested service I get a text with a laundry list of services that are needed. Most of which I had just had done. Battery replacement, rotors and pads, brake fluid to name a few. It's a shame you resort to such underhanded tactics and take advantage of customers who may not know what's going on. Stop trying to rip customers off!

Given an estimate then a month or so later the final price was triple the estimate. I dont like that they basically force you to make a decision right then. I even said id be happy signing a waiver and they acted like it was an issue.

Jade was very helpful in prioritizing the work that needed to be done. She answered our questions. The work was completed promptly. The final cost was exactly as we had discussed.
