Good customer service care

Servicing my car for the 1st time at this location. Service advisor was awesome updating me on the items that needed attention for continuous smooth operations on my car. I was told 1.5 hours of waiting, however it was much less. In and out on a Monday, raining heavily, I am impressed with this location, waiting area, the advisors and service experience. I will be back for my next service needs.

Shawn Granville is my favorite advisor. He's always very professional and timely. There was a little hiccup with my emergency brakes which brought me in on Saturday (I didn't know it was opened on Saturday). I expressed my concern and Shawn was able to take care of my cardiologist in again, a timely fashion.
