I had to wait for over 2 months for the transmission on my car to be fixed which was no fault of the dealership. Rachel Smith was instrumental in getting me a two loaner cars and I'm so grateful as I was renting at 1st. Nalley has always taken care of my cars and I have no complaints so far after getting my personal car back. Thank you and please continue the excellent customer service.

Came in for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation, and I believe a fluid check arrived on time for my appointment. The person who helped me ( Don't remember her name) did a wonderful job. And informed me it would take about 1.5 hrs to complete due to a large customer crowd on site. 2 hours later it was completed. Overall I enjoyed my visit. I would however as a consumer, think you should offer rides/test drives to customers while they wait. Opportunity for a trade in or a new car purchase.
