Took care of the problem I was worried about on my Visit on Feb 14th 2025, I felt like I Should have gotten a warranty with my New Battery Replacement, and Mr. Matthew T. yook care of the problem I was having, and iam Still Don't understand why my Milage was written as 37,274 checking in and out on the 14th when my actual Milage 34,256 miles Over 3,000 miles more but my Service person MS. RACHEL is always kind and try to get my car in in out as soon as she can and have the worker's check what's needs to be took care of like Brakes, feel injection maintenance ECT on my Next visit, 👍 job Thanks Nalley Team MS. I had to wait for over 2 months for the transmission on my car to be fixed which was no fault of the dealership. Rachel Smith was instrumental in getting me a two loaner cars and I'm so grateful as I was renting at 1st. Nalley has always taken care of my cars and I have no complaints so far after getting my personal car back. Thank you and please continue the excellent customer service.
