Came in for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation, and I believe a fluid check arrived on time for my appointment. The person who helped me ( Don't remember her name) did a wonderful job. And informed me it would take about 1.5 hrs to complete due to a large customer crowd on site.2 hours later it was completed. Overall I enjoyed my visit.I would however as a consumer, think you should offer rides/test drives to customers while they wait. Opportunity for a trade in or a new car purchase.

My experience was very pleasant. I thought that I need an oil change but only needed tire rotation and fluids. It was a quick fix.
