Came in for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation, and I believe a fluid check arrived on time for my appointment. The person who helped me ( Don't remember her name) did a wonderful job. And informed me it would take about 1.5 hrs to complete due to a large customer crowd on site.2 hours later it was completed. Overall I enjoyed my visit.I would however as a consumer, think you should offer rides/test drives to customers while they wait. Opportunity for a trade in or a new car purchase.

My service advisor, Abraham Castillo, is THEE best. His professionalism and knowledge is always welcomed because I know he won’t attempt to sell me an unneeded service. I’ve been having my car serviced there for almost 8 years and his service has not wavered.I would stop coming there for service if Abraham were no longer employed there.
