Great customer service.

I had a scheduled 1pm appointment for an oil change, at 2:30 my car was till not ready so I asked my service advisor Audley what was taking so long, his response was “ Obviously I didn’t take it back right away because I was busy”!! I said ok fine, what was the purpose of scheduling the appointment, his response was “Why are we wasting your time? “ I’m not one to act a fool in public so I turned to walk away and he continues to say “Are we wasting your time, huh are we wasting your time?” He was very unprofessional and rude and for this reason alone I will not be returning!!!! I have had great service from other service advisors and the gentleman in the parts department in the past.

Prompt acknowledgment of arrival, rapid processing of purpose of visit, availability of coffee and a table at which to sit, periodic updates on progress of work performed, collecting my vehicle inside garage (out of the heat).

Amazing Tyrell is his name I do believe. He came over picked up my car and brought it back to me when he was done. I am so grateful.

It’s wonderful and cleaner as always. Rachel is a breath of fresh air. She is always pleasant and so helpful. Very informative and knowledgeable when comes to job. She makes it so easy to make decisions on what recommended services are needed. She’s the reason I return back to this location!!! Amazing and key asset to y’all’s team.

Always professional, and on time, keeping me updated about my service

An oil change ended up taking over 4 hrs to complete. When I finally received a text saying my vehicle was ready I went to the service agent that was supposed to check me out. When I got to her office there were 2 other people waiting there and no one in the office. After waiting another 20 minutes I asked for a manager. I was then told that she had left for the day and didn't tell anyone. We were assigned another agent and finally got checked out. Very frustrating. I have always had good service in the past but now am not sure if I'll ever return.
