The actual service was excellent. There needs to be more people working in the check-in area of the service department. The time it takes to get checked in is entirely to long! I've experienced long lines way too much!

I had an appointment and was the only car waiting, but no one stood up or came out of their cubbies until I waited a few minutes and had to get out my car to ask for help. Is there not a designated person to manage incoming customers?
