I took my car in for an oil change and and rear brakes using the 12 days of service coupon. Vic was great and got me an Uber home so I didn't have to sit and wait, and sent an Uber to pick me up when the work was done. I really appreciate the Uber because I don't have to waste an entire day sitting and waiting for my car to be ready. I bought it new in 2015 and have all my work done at the dealership. I did like it better when the service advisors were inside the building with desks where the customers could have a seat. I have arthritis in my feet and standing for very long is difficult for me. I always try to work with Vic, because he is conscientious and takes great care of me and my car.

Chris Kenner did an excellent job for us. My new car was ordered, it took some time For Toyota to get it delivered to dealership. Chris explained in detail all of the setting and answered all of my questions. If I purchased a another Toyota I would I would call CHRIS for help.
