Not very often do you get a service writer that is interested in hearing all the facts leading up to whatever the situation is that brought you in for service. My service writer was very interested in all the details which in turn added to a complete and successful repair visit. he explained in great detail how they operate, the pricing and that no work would be done until it was approved by the car owner. Not only did they relay clear and concise information to me, but they were able to correct the issue with as little out-of-pocket monies from me as required and even gave me a price break on the $160 diagnostics, which is industry standard at any dealership. After being told by two separate mechanics that I needed several new parts, and whatever labor that goes along with that, I was charged a very reasonable fee, which was the equivalent of an oil change. Consider me a satisfied customer that will return which is great news because I am in a Toyota family. We own three Toyotas and anticipate buying a fourth in the next several months, so thank you Nalley Toyota of Union City. I shall return.
