I waited for a while before anyone tried to assist me. The agent who assisted me was ver y nice and helpfull, he was assisting other customers when I got there. Two of the other agents were not busy but told me to wait by my car until someone can assist me, then they left.

Deb, my service advisor kept me informed during the service. She also made sure my vehicle was run through the wash as I noticed it had not been done. As it was apart of the service.

Was disappointed that the tire was not covered or discounted based on the vehicle purchased less than 2 months prior at this dealership with only 2,500 miles at the time of the blow out. I was under the impression that it was covered under the extended warranty purchased at the time of sale.

The processing was quick and easy. My salesperson was very kind and he didn’t try to persuade me to get something I didn’t want.
