I took my car in on Tuesday for an oil change with a coupon that included a complimentary exterior wash. It was too cold for them to have the car wash running, so Vic told me I could come back Friday. I took it back Friday and was pleasantly surprised to see that along with the exterior wash, they also vacuumed the interior and wiped down the dash and door panels. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the tech who checked my cabin air filter didn't put the glove box in right and bent the clips on one side. I was afraid to try to straighten them out for fear of breaking them so I showed Vic and he got it fixed. I would give Vic 5 stars for service, courtesy and responsiveness to issues.
