Great customer service

I have been dealing with Matthew and Rafael from the day I bought my car. Rafael helped me with the first major service on my car and Matthew has been my service agent every since. Matthew is professional, a great listener and very respectful. Rafael is the same way. Rafael is the greatest when it comes to knowing their job!

The service advisor (Pedro, Marco.....not sure of the name....sorry) was excellent. He took my car right in an gave me great customer service. He was a very young Latino man. He took his time to review my issues and made sure I was comfortable at the dealership. He was outstanding! Thank you very much.
