The service did not take a long time. The initial drive in to see an advisor should be reduced. That is what takes the most time. I am sure it is related to scheduling issues. Just my suggestion.

Appointment at 8am. Service Technician Debbie was prompt in checking my car in. Upon checking, she immediately texted me to let me know if I had any questions to contact her. By 9:05am, my car was ready. Great experience!
