Everything went according to schedule!

Bruce and Deb were fantastic in helping me with my vehicle service needs.

All went well. The only things is that considering that I had "bought" the car online, it took entirely too long to complete the process at the dealership.Also, the car had not been serviced. It needed an oil change and the cabin and air filters were filthy. Basic oil and filters change, and break and transmission fluid check and top off. Not too much to ask since a hefty fee for Toyota's Certified Used service...smh...
