My service technician was friendly and professional. The service was quick. The waiting room area was comfortable and the restrooms were clean.

Well thot I was getting Corolla with more equipment but when the car came in was not too pleased. Tried to trade up to Camry with equipment but sales wld not meet my offer. So didn’t leave too happy with Nalley assoc. My finance guy was not there to deal with me.

My wait was longer than expected for an appointment and no line of cars waiting for service. I had not had an oil change since March and was told on a previous trip that I had not reached 30,000 miles and should wait. However, I did receive an email notice reminding me that I should come in even though I was not driving my car a lot. The associate said that since it was getting colder, an oil change at this time would probably be advisable.

Was able to get the work needed in great time.
