The service took far longer than expected. However, a courtesy was provided when I explained I needed one because the service was taking longer than the estimated time that was given. The cost of the service was far more than the value provided.

I had my mom take my car to get service. Adam the advisor was very good. He sent me emails of needed services for my car I had the total for my oil change in a email. He was fast getting it in and out.
