The receptionist went above and beyond; She was very polite, very attentive, and schedule me a same-day appointment. My service advisor, Yunervice (Vic) Smith was outwardly friendly and well beyond his duties of customer service. 20 stars. The service techs or mechanics did an awesome job on my car. I feel safe and traveling now.
