Getting in touch with someone was terrible! I needed to talk to someone about what was going on with my car. I finally had to text Rafael and he got me in touch with John who was absolutely awesome. But you guys need to work on your reception situation.

As usual but I wish the technicians stop leaving oil in my driver side door considering my car is off white in the inside

Wasn’t expecting to get new tires and also be forced to get an alignment at the same time. Pretty big hit financially back to back. Positive is that rotations are free

I was scheduled to bring my car in the next day. I arrived and my car was ready to go within an hour. Wonderful quick service!
