My service advisor was courteous and professional. He was friendly and helpful. I came for an oil change, he advised me I still had some (already) paid for services under my Toyoguard agreement. Saved me some money in the process. I really appreciated his honesty.

The check in process was EXTREMELY slow however once I was checked in by Yunerviceeverything went smoothly. He’s absolutely great and very efficient. Kudos to him for making my overall experience better!
