Honestly morning shift is way better than the evening shift worker at 12pm. I had an appointment didn’t get started until 1pm. My advisor made it better for me because he was polite and very helpful Matthew Ross had. The best costumer service on the evening shift shift. Thank you Matthew!

AJ was very communicative through the whole process. He gave us frequent updates as to when the car was going to get there. We were very specific with our needs and he delivered by finding where to source them. He was very professional and helpful when it came to the purchasing process and even before it.

Excellent service. I suggest a sign be placed at the service entrance telling customers to wait at their cars and an advisor will come to them. You don't know what to do when you pull in.

The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to an issue with the finance person, who added hidden charges to the out-the-door price. When I went back the next day to have them removed, he told me he couldn't do anything about it, even though I hadn't taken the car home yet.
