Service advisor Spencer Harris was excellent. In 32 years of having my cars serviced at Toyota dealerships in 5 different states, Spencer is the best service advisor I have ever had. He told me in detail the maintenance work that was needed immediately as well as what will be needed in the future (based on car mileage). Hopefully Spencer will be rapidly promoted at the dealership.
