My experience with Service Advisor, Yunervice (Vick) Smith was Super Great. He was Very Friendly, attentive, understanding, and helpful.However, this was after being turned away by my previous Service Advisor. I first went to his station, and stood in front of him for 15 minutes before he asked me if I were there for service. I said YES, and showed him my car, and then waited another 10 minutes before he said that I was supported to go stand by my car to me checked in. I then stood by my car for 10 minutes until I spoke with one of the drivers walking by who sent me to Service Advisor, Yunervice.I am not sure why I had a bad experience with my previous Advisor, because he had always been friendly, helpful, and understanding, and I had always been happy with him.

Service was easy and scheduling was accessible and complementary to my situation and schedule. Replace flat tire. Under warrantyPersonnel was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about warranty and service provided.

Everything went well. Then I got home and noticed a box in the front passenger floor board. In the box was a brand new cabin filter. Either it is an extra one, which I doubt, or the tech did not install it.
