I Was there for a service found out that I had nail in one of my tires. Total time there was over 3 hour. I felt that the time should have been less.

The appointment time was honored and I was in and out in a timely fashion. However, I have been trying to contact the technician because my car has not been reset after the service.

Adam Bradford is the best service rep I’ve ever dealt with at any dealership. His professionalism was above and beyond. He even had my truck washed, which no other service rep offered that in the other times I’ve been there. Promote this man before you lose a valuable asset! 10/10 service.
