The service representative, Vic was very much thoroughly informative and attentive to my issues.

Customer service was above and beyond! The wait time wasn’t long. Waited about an hour which wasn’t bad considering it was a Friday. Ralphael was extremely helpful and overall very nice. I realized my tire pressure light was still on as I was leaving and Ralphael checked my tire’s pressure and put air in my tire immediately. I didn’t have to wait and I appreciated that. I didn’t schedule my service with a particular advisor but next time I’m scheduling my service with him.

My experience with Toyota is always great when I bring my car in for service, great custom services.

I needed a new battery and thank God I bought my last one at a Nalley Stonecrest. Despite my service advisor being a little negative about my warranty. He was able to get me new battery free. I did agree to pay for the terminals to be cleaned... but I didn't think it would cost $35! Maybe Stonecrest isn't all that far.
