People are wonderful wasn’t real happy about my radio not working and now it does

My salesman Chan Jones was incredible! He was so knowledgeable and a great salesman! William in finance also did an amazing job! I will be back and tell all my friends what a great experience it was!

My 1:30pm appointment was for oil change and maintenance check for my 2007 Toyota Corolla. I waited in your comfortable waiting room for approximately 2.5 hours. When work was completed the tech discussed the findings with me, I paid and was on my way. Overall a good experience.

Arrived earlier than scheduled appointment, still waited almost three hours for service.

After being turned away three times, I finally got my oil changed!

My truck was having trouble cranking. On Saturday, I came in, initially, thinking I needed a battery but was told that the battery “tested off the charts”, so they suggested changing out the terminal(positive). I agreed and was on my way but the next 2 times I started my truck, I was experiencing the same thing. I returned on Monday and my truck wouldn’t crank while sitting in the bay and the attendant had to give me a jump. This time they discovered that one of the terminals on the battery was low. Everyone was great to work with and my wait time was basic. My one question is why were they not able to find the problem with the battery on the 1st visit?
