I have been a loyal customer for several years and since Victor became my advisor, he has always exceeded my expectations. He is direct with me on service that is required and very open and honest on future service. There is never surprises with him and he never fails to follow up on any requests or concerns with is a make or break deal breaker for me as someone in the healthcare and service profession.

I was very happy with my service Spencer Harris was exceptional! He handled everything so professionally! I was so worried about what was going on with my car! He made me feel at ease he was so patient and kind. He explained everything soI could understand. He came to get me when my car was ready and help me through my fees. Also a little bit of water was on the ground I walk with a cane so he even walked me to my car so I wouldn't fall! I was so happy with his exceptional service that I made sure to let his manager know about him before I left. He needs to be given some kind of recommendation for excellent service and a job well done! Thank you Spencer Harris you are awesome!!!

Courteous and fast

When I arrived, I was greeted and informed the approximate time the service would take. The gentleman asked if my plans were to stay and wait, and if not It was explained that they had a transportation service. I usually take my car to Toyota of Newnan because I had a bad experience at this one a while ago. Besides the excellent service they provide, as an added cherry on top they feed you Chick-fil-A (for the early birds) and fresh baked cookies. I decided to try the Union City location this one time because I had somewhere to be and I needed to stay closer in proximity. I literally live down the street, but drive to Newnan for the experience and because I can get dropped off at the shopping plaza at the same time. I was very impressed with the service that was provided to me at the Union City location. The bathroom and lounge area was exceptionally clean. I’m so glad I decided to try this location again. This location deserves a five star!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took my car in for an inspection. Made an appointment online. Service department had the vehicle for about 4 hours. Technician could not identify any concerns with the vehicle, nor necessary due preventative maintenance. I was very appreciative of their time and services. The service rep was very considerate and professional. I believe it was Debb. I left with piece of mind and will be back for future services.
