Vick was my service rep and he was very good. He was knowledgeable and professional.It is much easier to drop off during the week vs. the weekend. That makes the experience so much better.

Lack of customer service when I arrived for my appointment. Waited 20 minutes was never acknowledged or approached; called the service department still no response. Got out and approached the individual at the desk. Mr. Hazard (think that is his name) he apologized and stated that they were short staffed, trying to get to everyone in line. His response and follow up are the only reason I gave 4 stars, initially was informed that it was a 2+ hour wait. He kept me informed of the progress in my service through the wait. Please and verify who was my service advisor so that he receives the appropriate recognition. I would like a call back from the service manager.
