Great customer experience

Very pleasant experience.

Brought my 2002 Avalon in on last week. My FAVORITE Manager, Raphael, immediately let me know the problem along with the costs. I have been coming to this location for years and I have had some really horrible experiences with being overcharged, talked down to, no return calls, etc. Raphael has shown over and over that he has my best interests at heart and that he can absolutely be trusted. He is the reason I decided not to invest over $4200 in repairs for my old Avalon. There was no pressure to get the repairs done, just hard facts. I decided to purchase a used Camry that I knew he had laid eyes on. In fact, my request was to only be shown vehicles that had come THROUGH RAPHAEL. He needs a promotion. Leaders, set the tone. I see some good improvements but all good things can still be made better. Eric was my salesperson who was also wonderful. No pressure. He made this a smooth transaction with no drama. William also made this a great experience. I appreciate his no pressure tactic, common sense approach and great explanations.

Efficient, Courteous, and Caring. I'm handicap and they brought me the paperwork in the waiting room instead of making me stand at the desk and wait for it. Paper car pads were used to protect my car and I am confident the work was done efficiently.
