My experience with Mr. Chan Jones was great. He is extremely knowledgeable about Toyota cars and even helped my fiance out on how to use his Toyota app.

Everything went well

Debbie was very helpful and friendly.

Enjoyed working with my tech representative. He was attentive to my requested 95,000 mile service. My only disappointment was that the technician who worked in my car didn’t check all my tires for proper inflation - the warning light remained 8n since the spare tire underneath the rear of the car is still under inflated.

It was great as usual but the system was down. I didn't get my usual receipt so I was a little disappointed.

He was really nice

Professional and courteous

Debbie she’s Great. Always take care of me when I need service for my car. Always pleasant , listen and gives me assurance .
