Very good. Service manager Vick addressed my situation and advised me as to what could be done. Provided a loaner car the following day. Picked up my car the following Wednesday as planned.

Great experience! Chan was awesome! I told him exactly what I wanted and when he found it … he called! He was super helpful and walked me through the entire process.
