The experience was okay. I don't like how the "gap insurance for $3000" was thrown on me. I know NO financial company requires that...it can be a bonus for those selling it to customers. That insurance makes the consumer payments higher.

I came in because I had an issue with tire pressure on my vehicle. I was greeted by Raphael he was very professional and nice. Also I got my oil change too. There was another gentleman sorry, I forgot his name he took my payment while finalizing my paper work. Also I didn't have any power on cell phone. He also was professional and polite. He let me charge my phone at his work station . That was extremely helpful to me. Great experience! .My complaint is the ladies restroom and your waiting area can be a bite more tidy.

Everything went very well. Jason and Eric were helpful and took care of us from beginning to end. Very satisfied
