It was a very pleasant and productive experience, everyone involved was very professional. And the courtesy lift to a from the house was an extremely nice touch.

Paul was very helpful. My car was delayed for weeks but he understood my frustration even though it was out of his control. He was very friendly and sincere. I appreciate Paul a lot.

My service guy was a real concern individual he explained my problem we carefully decuss my options, and he worked with us base on the budget I mentioned to him, so I'm happy, ( but) Toyota should send more value to the coupon for it's customer
