I did not like the long wait. I had to wait in my car for hours before they got my car for service. This never happens since I been coming.

The wait time was VERY long to drop my car off (almost an hour in line before I gave someone my keys). Took 5 hours to service my car as well. Nice people work here though. That’s a plus.

I came in for a tire replacement. My tire had a nail in it and it was causing air to leak. I made an appointment over the phone the day before and came in. The specialist that I was assigned to wasn't the specialist that ended up helping me with my car service, but the attention to detail and care that he provided was nothing short of exceptional. Brian ensured that I was able to get my tire replaced and back on the road in time to pick up my little one from daycare. He was charismatic and did not hesitate to look for an opportunity for me to save funds. Glad that Brian is a part of the team here at Nalley Toyota.

It was a good experience, service guy was good about keeping me inform of the situation. Knowing I wasn’t prepared for the service e aide I cam for an oil change, he worked hard to fine discounts for me

My appt was 8:40 am, no cane to my ar until like 9:30. I told the rep assisting me to check tire pressure because the light was on, that wasn't done. The pressure light was still on. I told her about my car shakes when I pressed my brakes, that wasn't addressed. My car shakes worse for some reason.
