Just from the first emails I received, I was convinced that I was definitely going to be purchasing a car from them. They understand that a customer wants a simple and transparent buying process, and they gave exactly that and more! My salesperson was very helpful and had a great personality. The F&I manager didn’t push any add-ons. The whole process took the better portion of my day, but I was happy and ended up leaving with my new car the same day.
