Overall very good buying experience. Only thing that didn't make it a 5/5 was when I got the key and wasn't informed that the second key was backordered until September. I had to call back.

Customer service was great! No waiting period to be seen by a representative. Very pleased with services.

Quick, professional and efficient

My experience at Nalley Toyota was amazing. I came in with hopes to find a truck, and saw my dream truck sitting on the hill. Thanks to the staff and most of all, Chris Kenner, that dream came true the very next day.
