Service was great starting with scheduling appointment and the promptness of service upon arrival.

AJ was just wonderful. Understanding, patient, helpful, genuine. I was coming from out of state. His communication was just right not overbearing nor deficient. He picked me up from the airport too which I was so surprised. I through him a curveball when I arrived (threw myself one to to be honest) and he continued with all his effort and helping me. I truly can not express how genuinely grateful and happy I am.

The service team was very helpful and professional.

Great customer service. Had an appointment and was seen at scheduled appointment time. They were complete with my car within an hour timeframe. Quick and fast service.

Great service

Great customer service thanks

This was, my first car purchase and I am, absolutely satisfied, with the help and choice I’ve made! I have, had my Toyota Corolla LE 23, for a week now and am very satisfied. BJ whom, helped me make this awesome choice, was an excellent sales rep and, made my whole experience very pleasant. I am, excited to be apart of the Toyota family! Thank you BJ & Toyota!

Service was timely and professional. Great customer service.

Personally I felt like A.J. Was helping me out to his best ability. He made everything run so smoothly and everyone there at that Toyota helped me have an amazing experience there having been a first time buyer, thanks so much to everyone there at the Nalley Toyota, I love my new car.

I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone was professional and courteous. Aside from the service tech omitting to include a new service sticker to the windshield, everything was great.
