Vic, my service advisor was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He answered my questions leading up to and during my service, and he advocated for me when a discrepancy arose. I was even more pleased when the estimated three hours for my car to be repaired turned out to actually take under two hours. Great job, Nalley Toyota of Union City!

My experience at Nalley was great the customer service is the best everyone greets you when you come in the dealership. They made sure I got the car needed give the best deal. Made sure I was comfortable with everything from test driving to my monthly payments. From the sales person, General manager to the finance department was the best I’m glad I got my car for Nalley Toyota
