My service adviser, Deb was very professional and polite. She explained everything about the additional work that was required. She was able to get me a loaner since the work could not be finished until the next day.

The customer service at Nalley Toyota was superb. Well I must say that my customer service advisor Mr, Zander Ortiz was absolutely fantastic, he has excellent customer service skills, great communication, knows his work , and knows how to make his customers return to Toyota, I am greatful to have met him and receive the top class customer service that every business should and must provide, sadly not all businesses has excellent or even good customer service, but Zander Ortiz always provides it. Zander Ortiz is definitely the representative that Toyota dealership deserves. I appreciate his service 💯. The main thing for me is the smile in his voice, when he speaks, the service he delivers and the smile that he sends me back home with. I was supposed to go elsewhere where the service was cheaper to get my car service done but Zander Ortiz customer service won me over to Toyota. Blessings to him always.
