On the otherhand, there was diffuculty finding the issue and how to repair the issue !they continued to work to find a solution. Bruce Benn, the manager of the dealership and John, the manager of the service department were personally involved and made sure my car was repaired. In addition, they made sure I had loaner car while waiting for my car to be repaired.
