The service advisor was professional & courteous. I trust that technician did exactly what I requested and paid for. Integrity & honesty is a must when it comes to providing great customer satisfaction especially when doing maintenance on a vehicle.

I had such a pleasant experience with Toyota Union City! I worked with Rafael, who was wonderful. He was very transparent, honest, and kept me updated throughout everything. David C did the repairs and it was a job well done! He took great videos of the issues I was having so I could see exactly what was going on. I felt my Camry was in great hands. They even gave it a little extra gas since my gas light was on! I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here from now on, instead of the other Toyota location which is actually closer to my home.

The line was backed up 3 cars out the door. But, it move fairly quickly. Everyone was very pleasant, and they got me out pretty quickly as well.
