Paul Williams was my sales rep and he did a fantastic job. He responded to my phone calls, and texts. He greeted me when I showed up to the dealership and was patient with my questions.This was drastically different than my experience at Audi Atlanta (Jim Ellis Audi) where no one greeted me even though I had an appointment when someone did, they did not know me. When I took my car in for service no one greeted me and I had to flag someone down to get anything.That experience was the exact opposite I received at Nalley Toyota. Two service people came up to me today for the tire exchange, and Paul met me at the door as well.It felt great to be valued as a customer, and I would gladly do business again with Nalley, as opposed to Jim Ellis. While I don't live close by and this was a used car exchange - I will certainly look for the Nalley dealership brand on all future car purchases, service visits, and other automobile related questions.Paul and the whole team did a fantastic job and should be commended for their customer service.
