Everyone was nice. Facilty and waiting room were clean and comfortable.

I was running late because I missed my exit. I called and I was told about the grace period. It worked in my favor! Professional, knowledgeable and kind he was. He encouraged me to take care of the most pressing issues for my van and told me to schedule time to take care of the others as soon as I am able.
