Vic was super friendly and helpful, making sure we were getting the right services done for what we needed for hitting 120k! Made it super easy to get work done. The fact yall lyft us home & back is such a huge bonus to bringing our car to you. Everyone was super friendly, and they even pulled our car back into the covered area for us because it was raining!

I received excellent service at Nalley Toyota in Union City, GA when I visited the Service Department. My SUV was making rattling and knocking noises. John and Adam said they would troubleshoot it. They informed me that I needed to change the water pump. I had that part done back in 2017 along with the change of belts, and water pump. Today the price for the same service has increased more than two and a half times. Other than price, I received a courtesy vehicle until service was complete. I was treated with kindness and respect. The vehicle is now running smoothly. A job well done!
