I enjoyed interacting with both my service advisor and the mechanic assigned to my car. I think they were both honest about what needed to be repaired without being pushy or trying to guilt me into paying for something I wasn't financially prepared to cover. I found both to have a great sense of humor. I also really liked the new concession area and felt the prices were reasonable.

The team did a great job from drop off through pickup.

Struts replacement took way longer than I thought, but I was given a loaner car and a adjustment on my final bill. I continue to be a Happy Nalley Customer..

Excellent work as usual.

I was in for a complimentary oil change because the last time I was in, they charged me for a tire rotation but I didn’t get one. Luckily, I noticed, informed the manager and he offered a free service for the inconvenience. Thanks!

Too much wating time to be waited on. Service Advisor I was given to was too busy to wait on me. After waiting 20 min at the door. No other advisor help. When one is to busy on the phone another should step in.
