Service was very professional, appreciated that I did not wait long.

For an 8 am appointment, I was alerted at 10 am, upon inspection, that I needed additional services which I approved; however, all parts were not readily available. It was now 11 am and to wait for the parts abd the completion of services would have made me extremely late for another appointment. All of this said to indicate that 2 hours was too long for a simple oil change. Other than that, I was pleased with the service.
